{"id":67798,"date":"2026-09-30T10:37:03","date_gmt":"2026-09-30T10:37:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/laverdadpublica.com\/?p=67798"},"modified":"2026-09-30T13:38:05","modified_gmt":"2026-09-30T13:38:05","slug":"el-consejo-nacional-de-la-magistratura-celebra-nueva-sesion-de-trabajo-en-el-proceso-de-seleccion-de-jueces-de-la-suprema-corte-de-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/laverdadpublica.com\/index.php\/2026\/09\/30\/el-consejo-nacional-de-la-magistratura-celebra-nueva-sesion-de-trabajo-en-el-proceso-de-seleccion-de-jueces-de-la-suprema-corte-de-justicia\/","title":{"rendered":"El Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura celebra nueva sesi\u00f3n de trabajo en el proceso de selecci\u00f3n de jueces de la Suprema Corte de Justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Santo Domingo.- El Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">(CNM)<\/strong> celebr\u00f3 este martes, <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">de manera virtual<\/strong>, una nueva <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">sesi\u00f3n de trabajo<\/strong> en el marco del proceso de <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">selecci\u00f3n de los jueces<\/strong> para cubrir las <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">vacantes<\/strong> existentes en la Suprema Corte de Justicia <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">(SCJ)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sesi\u00f3n fue presidida por la vicepresidenta de la Rep\u00fablica, <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Raquel Pe\u00f1a,<\/strong> en representaci\u00f3n del <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">presidente Luis Abinader,<\/strong> y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de la <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">totalidad de los miembros<\/strong> del \u00f3rgano constitucional: el presidente del Senado, <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Ricardo de los Santos<\/strong>; el presidente de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Alfredo Pacheco<\/strong>; el senador <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Omar Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>; el diputado <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Tob\u00edas Crespo<\/strong>; el presidente de la Suprema Corte de Justicia, <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Luis Henry Molina<\/strong>; la magistrada <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Nancy Salcedo Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, y el presidente del Tribunal Constitucional, <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">Napole\u00f3n Est\u00e9vez Lavandier.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El objeto de la sesi\u00f3n de este martes fue conocer las <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">objeciones planteadas<\/strong> respecto de la <strong style=\"font-weight: 500;\">lista de postulantes preseleccionados<\/strong>.
